What do NHS job applications ask of you?
For clinical and non-clinical roles, shortlisting is scored line by line against the person specification. That means your experience has to be shown against each point.
MeriApply keeps your experience in a vault and drafts from it, so each point in a supporting statement cites a document you uploaded rather than generic wording.

How does MeriApply help with an NHS application?
Your record stays the source of truth, and you check every sentence.
Build your evidence vault
Upload your CV, certificates and references as PDF or Word files, up to 10MB each. MeriApply extracts your qualifications, experience and achievements into a vault you can check and edit before any draft uses them.
Match to NHS roles
Browse roles advertised by NHS trusts and health boards, each with a fit score from 0 to 100 based on your vault and its deadline. Filter by type, deadline and AI policy.
Draft with citations
MeriApply drafts supporting statements mapped to the NHS person specification. Every claim cites a fact from your vault, and a sentence that needs evidence you have not provided is marked as unverified.
Track applications and prepare for interview
Keep every application and deadline in one place. When you are invited to interview, MeriApply prepares likely questions from the opportunity and your own evidence.
